I frequent this Woolworths on my way home from work or at lunchtime. Woolworths is not what it used to be with a fresh sushi bar, freshly made sandwiches, wraps and salad options. Do try their pad Thai. Lots of soups(red curry chicken and pumpkin sweet potato are my favourite) and all at affordable prices. If you’re deciding on lunch and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, get it from woolies. They’ve recently also come out with their own range of chocolates that are definitely of good quality and cheaper than Cadbury and lindt. They also have a health food aisle — so stock up on gluten free sugar free dairy free goodies. Just a one stop shop for everything! For those who are looking for artisan bread but don’t want to spend 8 – 10 for a loaf, try the woolies Kalmarii olive ciabatta or their olive oil and garlic sourdough. If you go after work, you can get these loaves at half price(even as less as 2 – 3 dollars). Bargain.

I frequent this Woolworths as it’s close to the train station and I can pop in quickly before work. It’s a very small Woolworths but you can usually get essentials. It can be chaotic with long queues though, especially at lunchtime or just straight after work.

Never any milk, badly restocked all over the shop really. Staff rude and unhelpful and a lot of wrong prices all over the shop. I avoid this place at all costs. The hay st woollies in within walking distance and the difference is day and night.

Be careful buying anything without checking the expiry date. Last week I purchase cheese from upon opening it later in the week I was repulsed to at the odour and texture of the cheese. Turned the container up to find the expiry date was well over a month past. Not happy I went out of my way to take the product back only to be told I required a receipt? WTF? How about some compensation for ruining my dinner and wasting my time!
