Friendly and well organised. I send my son and his girlfriend on a guided tour last year and went with my sister this year just renting a kayak.
Equipment is of good quality, check the departure times as they get adjusted for the weather forecast daily.
Maps were clear and we managed to get around the majority of the shipwrecks and mangroves in the three hour rental period. And, we saw five dolphins within very close distance!
The feedback from the guided tour was also excellent, with lots of knowledge on the mangroves and bush tucker. Great for the less experienced kayakers, families and those new to the area. And, they provided complimentary mozzie repellent on this tour, which is much needed!

My parents went on a guided tour here, and being as it’s your own state you usually don’t head down to the local mangrove beach for a tour of your own area.
But the went on the tour from Torrens Island to seee dolphins and search for shipwrecks.
They said plenty of pods of dolphins swam very nearby and they got very close to interesting shipwrecks and got some awesome photos. The area is very sheltered, calm and lots of magroves.
The kayaks were single and doubles and the guide was very informative, friendly, experienced and told them lots of things about their own area they didn’t know.
There’s toilets, lawn and a viewing platform/​boardwalk area alongside the dock.
Mum said anyone of any age and fitness level can take part, and they will all learn something. And if you are an RAA member, you can get 10% off.
