Brewsters is my go-to for lazy home cooked dinners. They have tons of pre-prepared meals that aren’t cooked — endless meat options like stuffed chicken, marinated chicken, stir fries, duck, roasts, steaks… you get the picture. There’s also a pre-cooked section for salads, roast vegies and meats etc that just need a bit of reheating and pizza bases with packaged charcuteries, cheeses etc. Suffice to say, you can throw together a reasonably impressive meal with minimal effort here and it will cost you less than eating out. On the subject of price though… ouch. Do not do a full grocery shop here. It will hurt. The food here is expensive because it’s the fancy or «artisan» labels. It does mean that you can get a very wide range of health food products though. If you need gluten free or something particular, it’s a great place to find them. So I like Brewsters for quick fixes or one off quality product purchases(read: impulse buys), but typically avoid it for stuff like vegies and every day stuff because it really is too expensive.

They have a good range of foodie items in stock, albeit overpriced. Stay away from the meat though as they don’t move it quickly enough and it can sometimes be off.
