Health Nuts

The selection of juices, smoothies and protein goodies here are almost enough to make me a gym junkie.
Okay, who are we kidding… I’m never going to be a gym junkie but I do like the idea of coming here each day for an organic fruit and veggie juice, being served by friendly staff and feeling virtuous about putting good things in to my body.

This is a health food store Kings Cross style. It is stocked full of protein powder, healthy snacks and inspiration. There is always something new and interesting being promoted from the world of health and nutrition, so you do gain more than just a great body from this store. You also come out a little more knowledgable from their displays. They accept credit cards, and the staff are ready to answer any questions you might have for them. Protein powder tubs can be heavy so you might want to bring your car in if you’re buying some of that. Parking is available on the street not too far away.

A pretty cool health store inside the Kings Cross shopping centre. Curves around out of sight, and harbours a whole range of products: protein powders, suppliments, work out and health essentials, cooking appliances, food and drink from the fridges, and the like.
It’s pretty cool to have this place on the first floor of the shopping centre, and have fitness first on the eighth. The best part, and the point of difference between this store and all the other health food stores around, is that at Health Nuts, they’ll provide blended protein shakes, to premove that predicament of having it go warm while you work out, or having to wait until you get home.
An original idea. I like it. And it works too, it feels like a boost juice of the protein shake world. Approve.
