History
Established in 2013.
Launched in December 2013, The Carlisle Bar is housed in the Carlisle House (Hence, the name. Duh!) building on Kellett Street, sprawling across the block onto Darlinghurst Road.
Set in the split-level Carlisle Bar, the former home of Milk Bar, the newly refurbished Carlisle is inspired by the luxe bar experience of up-town Manhattan.
