There are several good bakeries in SY and surrounds, and Brioche is one my favourite, and nowhere does a better seeded loaf than Brioche!

I’m a glutton for the excellent pastries prepared by the masters at Brioche. The pastries are buttery and flaky, the breads are fluffy and earthy, and all the ingredients they use to flavour their baked goods are phenomenal. I can’t go past their egg, corn and mayo savoury pastry.
