4 out of 5 stars for perhaps the friendliest barista I’ve ever met. I stumbled into here on the way to a VIP meeting and just needed a pick me up and car park change. The young lad behind the machine quite gladly served up my latte and struck up a fantastic conversation. What started as a KeepCup conversation turned into tales of travel and sniffing out the best coffee places in the most remote and unlikely countries. This young man could sell convince the ice to move into and marry the Eskimos.

A favorite coffee destination of mine. The staff are great and the coffee is good especially the iced coffee. One time the owner even hooked up my friends and I with a free bowl of chips, legend.

I have always had good experiences at Ruby Tuesday’s often coming for their Tuesday Pasta night, they also feature a Curry night during the week. On Pasta night you can choose from a selection of about four different types of pasta dishes as well as a glass of wine all for about $ 12. The restaurant is quite small, the best seats in the house are the ones right up the front that face the street; open air with a view. Ruby’s does tend to be very popular for Sunday breakfasts as well as on their meal deal nights, having not actually ever ordered off their full price menu, I cannot comment on the quality of the food other than the curries or pasta. In my opinion the pasta is great for $ 12, but anymore than that and I would probably expect a little more. Staff are friendly at Ruby’s and they often have some great tunes playing throughout the day and night to keep the mood light and entertaining.
