Christopher’s Cake Shop

So everyone, if you’re in need of an afternoon treat or a birthday cake, this has a lot to offer. I’ve have the cakes before and they are very indulgent and creamy, but certainly amazing. You can just pop in for a small bikkie or baklava, which I did today. I got two petit fours, strawberry and mocha, they were crumbly and fresh. Had an expresso as well so you can get any coffees too.

Christopher’s Cake Shop is one of the oldest bakeries in Sydney with over 50 years experience. Finally they have opened a store in the Eastern suburbs and the selected location is the Royal Randwick Shopping centre.
This place is absolutely perfect for those special occasions or excuses when you just want a cake and celebrate something. The Cake Shop has got a wide range of options to please children all the way up to the fussy adults.
This is one of the cake spots we go to when it’s a work colleagues birthday or leaving party. The cakes come classily packed with a box that opens out like a flower upon opening (I’m easily impressed by anything creative).
The cake we decided on was a poppy seed cake. It contained Orange and poppy seed and was really moist and wholesome. The cake was lightly iced on the top too. The cake was a tea cake so perfect for something a little different then traditional chocolate mud cake. The price of the cake was $ 18.50 which is really reasonable because the cake is large enough for a decent group of people.
They got a really great cake range and I’m already looking forward to the next birthday.
