I went in for a July special for a 2 hour facial and hand/foot treatment for only $ 95. It was nice and serene in there and Samantha did a lovely job.
2 hours flew by and even though Royal Randwick shopping centre is one of those daggy old shopping centres, you don’t feel like you’re in one when you’re in the salon.
I’d go again, especially if they have more good deals like that!

Staff were friendly but not trained to match Ella Bache standards.
I booked online which was great, and could easily add several services to my appointment time.
I had brow waxing which was ok, but she shaped it in an arc like a bogan rather than following the existing shape where the brow raises just to the outer edge of the iris. The underarm wax was excellent and pain free.
My manicure was supposed to be a shellac but it fell off the next day. I am always time poor so I was unable to have it redone elsewhere. It was very disappointing. The pedicure was ok, but still not good. I realized the mani-pedis are not their main service. I’d recommend going to a nail salon for nails, and the Ella Bache salon for body treatments.
The fake tan spray was fantastic. Even, quick to apply and the service was excellent.
