I go here all the time. I find the staff mostly polite. Because it’s a small shop the staff are consistent, whereas with larger shops I find you get a different person each time. Although I have had blood drawn twice, this has been out of about 20 visits. I think sometimes you get treated how you treat others. If you go in with a polite, friendly smile, you’ll usually get one back at this place. I have been made feel unwelcome here though by the same young girl each time who obviously does not want to work there. You can smile at her a thousand times and she will look at you like you are dirt. I must stress though that it is just one girl in particular. You will know her if you see her. All of the other staff are consistently lovely. And I normally get the nice girls as I get a Mani pedi and miss grumpy seems to do mostly hands only. I like that the staff never over-paint your nails here. They all do a really good job with painting. Your nails will look great by the time you leave. Also they do a hot towel, and give you an amazing foot, leg, hand and arm massage(with Mani pedi). Overall one of the better places I have been and why I keep going back. I have never left feeling dissapointed.

When you hear chop shop, think of this place. Rough, rude, and un-friendly employees in old run-down place in Randwick. Wont be back.

Pros — cheap Cons — no training Drew blood on both myself and my friend We both had infected wounds Rude staff Myself and a friend tried this tiny ‘hole in the wall’ salon when our regular manicure salon was busy. Never again. My friend had her toe cut then I had my finger cut. It took a long time to stop bleeding, then it became badly infected and oozing pus. One of the ladies then moved on to give my friend a manicure and she cut her nails down to the quick. I have mani pedis every 2 weeks and I have never had such an awful experience. Horrible experience. Horrible staff.
