What they fail to mention at any time is that there is usually an event happening in the courtyard which is disruptive and annoying, and that all balconies face each other so you can kiss the idea of peace and quiet goodbye. I stayed for three days mid week and had to put up with chatter from the courtyard in the evenings as well as music playing which I was very unhappy with. It will not be relaxing. We also had to keep our balcony door closed lest we have smokers from the next room or courtyard deciding to light up. Also, $ 20 for WiFi access? What a joke. Just expect a slow internet connection instead. A few positive things to note– they have guest umbrellas and free bike hire and the trails are certainly worth exploring(I say this after previously living in the area, not because I used the bikes available). Underground parking is available for $ 20 per day, the room was clean and the location is good. I’d probably recommend this place if you intend to use the room just for sleep. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or plan on spending time in your room during the day/early evening then you’re barking up the wrong tree here.

This is a nice hotel, just a short tram ride to the city. We have stayed here a number of times. Clean rooms and good service. BUT I will check next time to see if there any functions being held. All rooms face into the courtyard and the noise reverberates into every room. A wedding at night and a PA system fired up at 9am for a Amway seminar
