McDonald’s

When compared to the mediocre food at Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, a place like McDonald’s will shine through as one of the more popular areas… next to KFC. Although it is disappointing that a 3-​star McDonald’s could one-​up other takeaways at this particular food court, I suppose it’s also a sign that they should STEP UP THEIR GAME!
Customer Service:
The customer service at this McDonald’s is actually great. The staff are very friendly and they know how to work a line. It’s really annoying when you have a long line at a takeaway and the employees are taking their sweet time, but this staff knows how to rush.
Food:
Nothing outstanding. You might be asking, well what McDonald’s is? I can safely say that there are plenty of McDonald’s out there that deliver good quality burgers (ahem… McDonald’s on Glenferrie Rd). The burgers here are decent, but they sacrifice on presentation. Sometimes they can get a tad bit sloppy, but at least it’s nothing like the squished burgers from what you see in pictures of McDonald’s horror stories.

Take your meal and sit down in the Victoria Gardens food court. Be wary though — you’re at a shopping centre so things could get crowded. However, I usually am able to find a seat even during lunch break.
