We supply and fit custom made ear plugs for swimming, music & noise. We supply hearing aid batteries and can perform some hearing aid repairs on site.

History

Established in 2006.

All Ears in Hearing is an independent, owner operated business. As we are not owned by large companies, we can offer our clients a highly personalised and professional service. Owner Rachel Gibson is an Audiologist with a passion for helping people. She has many years experience in the hearing industry. Owner Brad Cochrane is an Audiometrist who has an interest in hearing rehabilitation and also has many years experience in the hearing industry. All Ears in Hearing began as many hearing clinics were being bought out by hearing manufacturers or large medical companies. Many clients were only offered one hearing aid brand or model. At All Ears in Hearing, you can be assured you will be given a variety of solutions to your hearing needs.

I completed my Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Psychology in 1998. During my psychology degree, I learnt about and became interested in Audiology. I completed my Masters of Audiology in 2000 and went to work for one of the largest audiological service providers in Queensland. My role as an Audiologist included working with children and adults in a diagnostic and rehabilitative role. I am a member of the Audiological Society of Australia (Audiology Australia), vice president of the Queensland branch of Audiology Australia and hold a Certificate of Clinical Practice. I am also a member of the Australian Association of Audiologists in Private Practice. I have a very real understanding of hearing loss and how it affects one’s life, as hearing loss runs in my family. My grandfather and father have otosclerosis, which is a hereditary condition affecting one of the bones of the middle ear. My commitment to you as your Audiologist is to provide you with the highest quality of service.
