Building inspections conducted by Pro-​Check Building Services for Pre Purchase, New properties, Defects and Special Purpose Building inspections include photos in reports and are very detailed. The building reports are emailed the next working day.

Inspection area is the greater Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan areas.

Pro-​Check Building inspector will conduct your building inspection and if required we will organise a Pest inspection with one of our preferred professional Termite Pest Contractors. They include photos in their reports and have thermal imaging.

Please advise if you require any Pool and pump, pool safety inspections, Electrical or plumbing inspections and we will organise these to be conducted at the same time as the building inspection.

You are welcome at the property inspection.
