Hawksbury Pizza Bar

Pizza Bars are a dime a dozen, particularly in Salisbury where every other street plays host to a little collection of shops. Hawksbury is one of those staple pizza places in a little collection of shops.
These places can be a little hit and miss, so does Hawksbury hit?
It depends on when you go…
I’ve been a few times, and while sometimes the pizza is passable, other times you end up with a greasy base, wet greasy top and dry toppings (yes I can’t figure that out either). Why does it vary so much? Well I assume it has to do with whoever is working at the time which is a shame. With that being said the pizza on a good day is only ever passable.
On a more positive note the prices are pretty decent, so if you want to take a punt and see what happens on any one given night then you won’t lose out on much if it’s not up to par. Yes I’ve had complaints in the past but the pizza has never been inedible.
