Parabanks Shopping Centre is located in the heart of the town centre, comprising a gross Lettable area of 23,967sqm over a single level fully enclosed sub-​regional facility, constructed in 1974 with various extensions and upgrading over time.

The centre is anchored by Harris Scarfe, Big W, Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets, with one mini major tenant, 69 specialty stores and a Woolworths Petrol Plus, and includes a small mezzanine retail and office area together with a network of malls that run throughout.

Parabanks Shopping Centre offers a good tenant mix including a department store, two supermarkets, a discount department store, and a wide range of complimentary specialty tenancies serving the needs of the local demographics, with ample car parking for in excess of 1500 vehicles including an area of undercroft parking, this centre attracts close to 4 million people through its doors each year. The shopping centre is undergoing expansion and upgrade works during 2015 through to the beginning of 2017 where we will see Coles coming into the actual centre.
