The XO snow peas with crocodile meat order is cold, we had to ask the waiter to take back to the kitchen to reheat it again. They didn’t apologise at all, which was slightly unprofessional. Price range is reasonable, place is clean and food is relatively good, but the waiter rushed us by asking whether or not we were done wth our dishes. The salted egg octopus was pretty good.

My family and i always come here for saturday yumcha. It’s close to our house and easy to enjoy with family over some tea. Yumcha, dimsum same same. Dumplings filled with goodness. Majority of the dumplings or the fried stuff have prawns in it so if you’re highly allergic to seafood i recommend just staying far far away. For me the only reason why i go to yumcha is to eat fung chao which is chicken feet. I know i know it may sound gross but don’t knock it till you try it. It just like eating jelly because they cook it until it’s super soft falling off the bone. Service isn’t too great but that’s too be expected as there’s so many tables and very few staff. Least it reminds me of yumcha in asia where the service is bad. I recommend coming here for lunch during the week as it’s less busy than on a saturday or sunday. It starts from 11am to 3pm which is perfect if you don’t want to eat too early. This restaurant is one of the bettwr yumcha places i’ve eaten at.

Ordered harm sui gok, har gao, cheung fan and other classic chinese Cantonese Yum Cha food. The food was average although it was nice. Enjoyed the service very much with ample supply of Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, English speaking waiters, always attentive and refilling tea.
Just a nice place to go get some good yum cha at cheap prices with family. Impressed and would go back again just for some cheap food.

Popped in for lunch and ordered from the menu rather than Yum Cha. Fantastic food, meals came out quickly and excellent service even though they were packed for Yum Cha.

I’ve been here quite a few times with the family, both yum cha and dinner. If you’re planning on coming for yum cha on the weekends, MAKE SURE YOU BOOK. This place gets packed, and not because it’s a small Chinese restaurant… in fact it’s a huge restaurant, it just gets ridiculously busy.
It’s on the top level of the Springvale shopping center and is pretty hard to miss. The place has tried to upscale itself a bit by adding giant square chandelier style lights from the roof and is decorated with traditional red and gold colours.
In terms of their food, I would say their yum cha is probably better than their dinner menu. That said, the dinner menu isn’t bad-I’ve had better though. In fact, I’d probably only come here for yum cha and just find dinner elsewhere now that I think about it.
The table service is good as the waiters are all very prompt (no waiting 20mins for your ice tea to arrive).
This is a busy little hot spot that is jammed pack with locals, I’d probably come back (but wouldn’t die if I didn’t).
