At a great price, between $ 70 — $ 100 depending on the night/​season, the rooms are not as average as you’d expect, just not large enough for more than three people max.
Rooms are located upstairs in typical motel style with a long balcony for both front and back facing rooms. For such a low price if you get a room facing out on to Fitzroy Street you’ve got one of the best places in town and might feel like just grabbing an esky and your good mates, pulling up a chair and watch as St Kilda and Fitzroy street come to life mid to late afternoon.
