Roomy inside and plenty of tables available even on a Friday lunch time. You’d think this could be an indication that they should be avoided, but the food was good and there is a decent range of pasta dishes available. A good place to go for a quiet lunch with friends.

I have been working in St Leonards for three years now but I’ve only had lunch here just recently. I’m kicking myself for not trying this café sooner. One of my staple lunch meals is pasta and they have a different pasta dish each day for $ 10. This is the cheapest but decent pasta meal you can get in the area. The café is quite roomy inside. Most people here are dining alone and I find that environment to be cosy, if you like your lunch hour to be quiet and peaceful.

The coffee is pretty good. Strong without being over the top in bitterness. The toast is massive — you could share a serving — and the service is friendly and efficient. For a cup or two on the way to work — it’s perfect.
