This is my Coles on the way home from work which I stop by as the Avenues shopping centre is easy to find a park and get through the mall to Coles… unlike my «actual local» Kurralta Park which is a mad house for everything, parks and the supermarket!
As far as I can see the Avenues Coles doesn’t seem to be as busy as other Coles stores, this makes it great for discounted meats and other lines!
The other day I picked up a fresh pepperoni pizza in their refrigerator section for just 70c! Bargain! Which I just threw in my freezer at home for a lazy meal/​snack. I have picked up other bargains at basement prices but that is my most recent.
If you visit, be sure to check out their meat section and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for discounted items. Take ‘em home & stock up your freezer!

Ok so I’m not a fan of big supermarket franchises preferring my independent grocers, but since I’ve moved here this Coles is just down the road and too convenient to go past. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised with the variety they stock and some pretty good specials at times. I was also impressed by their range of vegetarian goodies.

This is my local Coles and it’s a particularly nice one for layout and cleanliness. I also often find gems as clearance items or on special. If you can never have enough make-​up, hair products etc (like me) you’ll find some great deals in the beauty aisle. The only area I don’t think is top notch is the fruit and veg section. On multiple occasions I’ve had things go off or be mouldy inside not long after purchase. In a nutshell — grocery goodies!
