Ordered the Cheers Special, was great value at $ 39 and came with 7 piece sashimi, miso soup(which was very tasty), teriyaki of choice(I went with the fish) and steamed rice and also a serve of tempura. Let’s just say I couldn’t finish it all. Very large serve of fish teriyaki. This Resturant is also BYO. We enjoyed dinner and we will visit again.

Ate at Cheers last night, my second visit, and was an absolute pleasure once again. This traditional style Japanese restaurant has everything you would want for the perfect evening out. It is BYO, the customer service is impeccable(lovely husband and wife duo) and the food is just amazing. So fresh, worth the wait and certainly worth the money. Our table of two ordered not only 2 mains, but 3 entrees(tofu, octopus balls and pork dumplings) and a miso soup for $ 75. The owner and his wife create delicious Japanese cuisine with pride, they have been doing so for 18+ years, and are nothing but polite and hospitable. I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant. I could harp on, but all in all, great dining experience, great service and very good value for money.

This is a quaint, quiet traditional-styled Japanese joint in Subiaco. The menu is straight forward with simple dishes. Service is friendly and very efficient! The night my husband and I went there seemed to be only one man running the show, managing to serve two larger tables, plus three tables of 2⁄4 diners. Reasonably priced meals to boot.
