Westnet Internet Services

I have been a Westnet customer for years, firstly for ADSL and more recently for web hosting. As a web /​application developer I just want my internet to ‘just work’ and the team at Westnet always deliver. I have been so impressed that I routinely recommend them to all of my friends and clients.
Any time there has been a problem, a quick call to the support centre has always had it fixed. The call centre staff are friendly, knowledgeable and speak english! Some of my clients have used off-​shore providers and there are always long queues, delays, misunderstandings and general frustrations in getting anything done (other than sales — sales are always quick!).
I know I can rely on Westnet to get the job done with the minimum of fuss and prompt service if anything goes wrong.
While they are a bit more expensive than the ‘bargain basement’ providers; I spent four hours on hold to another provider (and still didn’t get the problem fixed) — how much is your time worth?
