Established in 2005.
We first opened our Restaurant at Leichhardt, started off as a little take away shop. Then we was able to successfully develop and maintain our restaurant. Since then until now, we were able to expand our business and move to Summer Hill with a better service for our Customers.

Sunny, is our owner of Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant. He has also been working as the main Chef of Fujiyama for the last 15 years since the business was established. Sunny has been continuously showing a great effort to provide the high standard food towards his customers.
