Cafe Mambo

Mambos has always been my go to café when I have those I’m-not-sure-what-I-feel-like moments. Being one of the only decent cafes in the western suburbs, it does attract the younger crowd — however it’s well suited for large groups, families, couples etc.
The food is good quality and the menu has many options, and caters well for vegetarians. You’ll find you can come here for a big meal, or just a drink and dessert and definitely find something you like.
Mambos also always have numerous staff on the floor — almost too many (!) but that’s a good thing as they’re always buzzing due to being in a shopping centre and also next to village cinemas.
The serving sizes are generous and prices are very affordable. They also have gourmet pizzas which taste really good.

Warm hearty meals, a bit like a pub, without the TAB, pokies or chicken parmigianna. Not really the best atmosphere to linger, but for a quick hearty meal, this place is great. They do have a liquor license, and the little mini single serve deserts are grouse also.
