History

Established in 1992.

Ray White New Projects is part of the Ray White Surfers Paradise group. Leaders in Gold Coast Real Estate for over 20 years. Our office continues to be the Number One office in the Ray White Group Internationally.

Led by veteran Project Marketing Professional Julian Sutherland, together with respected real estate agents, brothers Andrew and Greg Bell, the Project marketing team is the most successful in South-​East Queensland.

Manager

Julian, Andrew and Greg are focused on increasing their client base through innovative marketing and a diverse mix of strategic activities, they operate throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Julian commenced his career in real estate in 1989 at Ray White Springwood specialising in commercial real estate. In 1992 he transferred to Ray White Mermaid Beach and shortly after in 1994 to Ray White Surfers Paradise.

As a Director of Ray White Project Marketing, Julian jointly owns the Project Marketing rights for the Gold Coast region with Andrew and Greg Bell for the Ray White group.
