The sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced, and they came with warm olives on the side! They sell Lord Nelson beer which is always a plus.
As well as delicious cheeses and meats they have a few sweets too. Highly recommend for lunch!

Lovely cheese and coffee. You had best know what you’re here for though as the staff can be somewhat limited.
Also, steer clear of the wines, the glassware is so dismal you might prefer a tumbler and the pour size is pitiful. That’s a pity because what goes better than cheese and wine?

How could you not love a store filled with delicious cheeses?!
I was just here recently with a friend who isn’t really meant to be be eating cheese (mild lactose intolerance) and even he ate some cheese. I mean seriously… it’s pretty much at that level of awesomeness. They have cheese from all over the place. Have a browse through and get some cheese to take home. Or you can order a cheese platter with 2, 3, 4, (and so on) choices of cheese and enjoy them there with a glass of wine.
Mmmmmm cheese. Need I say more?

Lovers of cheese, look no further than Ocello on Bourke Street in Surry Hills. There is so much great cheese from Australia and around the world here that the mind boggles and it almost becomes to hard to make a decision.
There’s also a deli section where you can grab some cold meats like salami and ham and like most cheeses you should be able to appreciate it with a glass or two of wine which you can also do here. Those who love a coffee should not panic as they offer that here too. Actually although cheese is the number one priority and specialty here, there’s so many other good things to try and buy.
If you don’t know much about cheese, it’s hard to go past the cheese and wine tasting nights or you may choose to buy a cheese hamper to take home but if you love cheese so much. I mean really really love cheese, then come in and order your cheese wedding cake. If you love cheese, this is heaven!
