the dream of Chef Eric was to run his own restaurant with a maximum of 40 seats capacity, so he could somewhat handle by himself, short of two years after landing in Australia from France, Eric was tipped about a brand new restaurant for sale 3 mns drive from his home, the restaurant had nine tables seating 36 and a tiny outdoor seating area, at the time in Swansea it was a trendy looking place with tuscan colours, It was the one, it took four years to get the restaurant booked out every weekend, since the restaurant scene in Swansea has triple and Cozzies Café is still a favorite amongst the variety that benefit the town and the locals.
