History

Established in 1992.

CXC Global was originally founded as Consultants Exchange in Sydney Australia in 1992.

Created by the vision of our founder and current Chairman, Dave Thomas, the services were specifically designed to offer ethical advice and expert support for contractors and their employers.

As an independent contractor himself, Dave’s insight and experience enabled the business to quickly grow into the largest contractor management specialist in Australia.

In 1999 the company expanded its operations to include New Zealand and the UK — and the CXC Global brand was born.

Moving into the new millennium, CXC continued to grow its international presence throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and the USA.

Today CXC has over 50 offices around the world and provides managed services to over 10,000 contractors

Founder CXC Global, a diversified international contractor and contingent workforce management company serving over 50 countries across 6 continents. Also founded several other companies in the IT and services space, and formed associations like Australian Contract Professions Management Association and Contingent Workforce Management Association, first affiliate member of Information Technology Contractor Recruitment Association.
