— Learn how you can use a variety of stringing materials (tiger tail, wax cotton, stretch magic, fishing line).
— Learn to distinguish the difference between tools and how to choose the best one for your personal use.
— How to make use of many different findings (e.g. lobster clasps, collet, jumprings, crimps etc)
— You will be using some of these materials to make your own design during your jewellery making course. In addition you will learn the crimping technique and much more. Enjoyable beading classes are located at the Rex Centre at the Kings Cross Community Centre. Our courses are designed for beginners and intermediate levels. Our intention is to provide the skills necessary for you to expand and release your creativity while you are having fun. Our classes are affordable and all the materials are included!

Olga S.
Business Owner
Olga has a strong interest in arts and crafts, being trained in the art of handmade paper by the Capellades Paper Mill Museum in Spain. Her passion for handmade paper, using different fibers, sizes, colors and watermarks progressed to handmade jewellery in which she uses a diversity of materials. Olga is a qualified trainer with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has been making jewellery for about 11 years. Her background in environmental management and forestry gives her a deep appreciation of how important the recycling of materials is in the creation of new jewellery. Lately Olga has tutored handmade jewellery classes privately, in Community Centers, Community Colleges and other organisations. Olga is a patient teacher and believes that everyone can tap into their creativity to produce wonderful jewellery pieces.
