Established in 2000.
Flashpoint began in 2000 to assist a young man with autism and dyslexia to apply for a job as a cleaner with a Government Department. We took the view that he should not be denied the opportunity to unleash his potential simply because he was unable to read or write the selection criteria. After he was given the position, our mission has become clear: to see our clients unleash their potential without hindrance.
