We are a local business providing group and individual training as well as ongoing telephone support to help you become confident using current technology. We offer initial consultations to determine needs and personalise training plans to help you connect with your family and friends.

History

Established in 2015.

IT 4 Retirees is a new emerging business established to meet the growing needs of mature people in using technology to stay connected with family and friends.

Owner and founder, Christine David, has worked in the IT sector for over 30 years and specialises in understanding your needs and customising the training for the individual so you only learn what you need. Using easy to understand language, Christine takes away the computer jargon and makes it a fun environment in which to learn.

She has experienced this need first hand with her father, aged 83 who was unable to access the monthly Rotary minutes as he was the only person in the group that did not have a computer and email. He promptly purchased an iPad only to find that he had no idea how to use it. IT 4 Retirees was formed to meet this need in a fun and non-​threatening way.

I am honest, reliable and passionate about helping people communicate efficiently and effectively with their devices which sets me apart from other people.

Prior to starting IT 4 Retirees, I worked for MYOB for 28 years implementing & training software solutions.
