Why are we stopping here? We still have 6 more hours to drive and you want me to stop and take a look at the view? you’re kidding, right? Ok, ok I’ll get out of the car and take a look. The view from Carmel by the sea was beautiful and we were able to see the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. The view was worth it, but the ring I got when my (now fiancé) proposed was the objective for driving to the beautiful California coast. Little did I know that many months beforehand he had collaborated with award winning jewelry designer Jason Ree to create my perfect engagement ring (I wanted something that was classic, but modern and simple at the same time). My fiancé raved about how great the experience was, working with Jason when they were designing the ring. He said that Jason and his staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the process, from choosing the right diamond for the style of the ring to picking the right width and ratio of the band. The custom ring turned out perfect and I am now working on creating our wedding rings with Jason. The bespoke experience is very personal and Jason makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. Can’t recommend him enough.
