The address for this location is WRONG and directs you to the other Louis Vuitton at The Rocks, so we got lost looking for this place. The correct address is:

This location is the largest LV in Sydney and nearby Westfield Sydney, Pitt Mall, and the Queen Victoria Building. Since it’s located in one of the busiest shopping districts, many items were out of stock. We were later told that Sydney gets LV items the slowest compared to other countries, as well as in the most limited quantities. Prices are cheaper than the US, but a little more than Europe.
Our SA was non-​Asian but spoke Mandarin, which was very cool.

There’s a smaller Louis Vuitton shop in Sydney located inside the DFS (duty free shopping) building next to Four Seasons hotel on George street. This is the only location that has the Opera House hot stamp. If you go to the large LV shop on George, they will direct you to keep walking on George towards the opera house, past Four Seasons to this LV shop for the hot stamp. This shop is very small in comparison and because it is small, there are only a few sales associates and you may need to wait for your turn to be helped. Otherwise, service is friendly. I dropped off a luggage tag to be stamped and was able to pick it up at the end of the next business day.

I love it. I’ve only been to the Sydney City store twice to get assistance on my Louis Vuitton speedy handbag. Sadly, the zipper broke while I was on the train to yoga a couple of days ago. After grabbing a bite to eat after a busy working day, I headed to client services on level 3, and they fixed my problem right away. I felt a little terrible keeping them back at work a couple more minutes than they needed to be (this area closes at 6pm on a weekday), yet they fixed my bag with a smile on their face, and free of charge too. Very happy customer :)

The Sydney Louis Vuitton store is a flagship store with multiple levels and an impressive collection and layout. The staff is wonderful when it’s not too busy, showing seasonal collections and highlighting new items from the latest collections sometimes. It’s a treat to visit the store even if you don’t buy anything.
If you’ve got money to blow, shopping at Louis Vuitton is an experience you should try.

Amazing shopping experience at this Louis Vuitton store while I was in Sydney in early 2009. Amazing selection of good and incredible staff has made this one of my favorite stores in the international chain. I purchased two bags here (due to the strength of the U.S. dollar back then and the refund of the 10% VAT when I departed Australia were great incentives for me to splurge). Yes, I did go overboard but I don’t regret it. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Oz to purchase one more bag and check out their amazing eyewear collection.
