I went into the George Street store on Thursday with my S20+ galaxy with a screen displaying multiple green lines and I was not able to see the phone. Katie was amazing and I don't know how she could see the screen and she managed to transfer all my data and information onto my new S23 galaxy plus. It took time and she was outstanding in the way she went the extra mile to assist me.
Katie is a valuable asset to the company and her customer service and pleasant manor is above and beyond. Thank you so much for your time and valuable knowledge.

If you think you are about to experience Samsung products in an Apple store like environment, think again. I went in to look at a specific new model of Samsung laptop — the Samsung website indicated that I could shop for it at this store. I don’t normally go into the CBD, but I really wanted this laptop, and it wasn’t being sold anywhere else yet. I went in, looked around, could only find 3 awful models of laptop available. Only the real cheapies. I enquired about the model I was after, and they said they didn’t have them. I asked when they would get them, and explained how the website directed me there and I travelled all the way in…“I don’t know”. Asked if they could look it up, or tell me if it’s even released in Australia if the flagship store doesn’t even have it. «We don’t know, Samsung just sends us stock, we don’t know what we’re getting.» I asked if there was any way I could find out more information, and the guy suggested I call Samsung customer service! Wtf?! Where am I, and who are you guys if you are not Samsung!!! The guy I spoke to made zero effort to help me. He couldn’t care less. The store is poorly stocked, with only a few models available in each category– and not necessarily the good models. I get the feeling they only care about selling some tablets and smartphones, since these were the only categories with a decent range. If only I could buy a PC at the Apple store… Sigh.

Diagonally opposite Apple Store Sydney with copying of Apple’s retail concept. So yes, good for Samsung fan boys and girls. But if you are open minded, don’t forget to walk down the street and compare products. Lose 2 stars for lack of originality and the small squeeze of a store. And how did this show up in 4th position when I searched«Apple Store» on Unilocal

Shameless rip of the apple store, it has free wifi, similar desks of the products, and it even has a couple of former Apple retail store staff who are working here. The only thing missing is probably EasyPay on your phone(I’m sure Samsung will have something cooked soon). I’d definitely check this place out for the Samsung TVs and Cameras, or just playing around with the Galaxy Note.
