This place is super cute. The perfect place for a nice dinner where you want it to be a little bit fancy without the price tag or pretentiousness.
Basically the Japanese place you go to when a bento box at a bar stool just won’t do.
I suggest it is also the PERFECT date spot. Intimate & nice furnishings & with a view of Bondi Beach!
They do great sashimi, salads, sushi & teriyaki but not ramen or Don — basically they’re not in the noodle business.
This was great for us as my cousin & I are doing the self-​hatred thing of avoiding carbs at all costs.
We had the beautifully sliced kingfish carpaccio, the green salad, the seaweed salad & the sashimi salad. All absolutely delicious & fresh & beautifully presented.
We didn’t indulge in alcohol but they’ve got a pretty good list including Japanese plum wine — YUM!
Total bill came to $ 42.00.
I’ll definitely be back!

The locale is great! Right on Bondi beach. The food was really yummy. Would recommend the scallops callopini (sp), and the chicken Kata (schnitzel)… They prefer reservations as the place is small but accommodated our small party of four without one…
