History

Established in 2014.

Spine and Posture Care was established in Sydney CBD after owner Dr Mark El-​Hayek noticed a common link between the amount of time people sat at work, the changes it caused to their posture and the pain they were having as a result.

Considering the CBD is mostly made up of people who sit at a desk for extended periods of time every day it came as little surprise that most people came in with poor posture.

It was for this reason that Spine and Posture Care was started… to help reduce peoples pain by not only relieving their symptoms but also rehabilitating their poor posture to allow as many people as possible to be «Pain free and Posture perfect!»
