Recognizing the importance of Property Management and the need for landlords to receive a premium service, owners Paul and Thelma Hodkinson decided 10 years ago to run two completely separate businesses. A Ray White sales office and then a completely separate boutique Property Management practice. This Property Management practice has since grown into two businesses, one looking after local owners and properties and a second dealing purely with investors who have bought new homes and are embarking on a long term wealth creation strategy.

With Property Managers mobile and based both on the Northside and Southside of Brisbane, they successfully manage properties throughout metropolitan Brisbane. Written reports, photographs and regular communication are a cornerstone of the success of this award winning Property Management team.

We have a long and proud history in the area and one which has grown rapidly in the last few years.

Ray White Northside Group includes 6 offices in prime busy shopping centres.

Our Aspley office has been in the same location for over 20 years and the need to service an ever widening client base necessitated the opening of our offices in Bridgeman Downs, Taigum, Boondall, Warner along with a dedicated rentals centre located next to our Taigum office. All offices have absolutely prime locations designed to ensure maximum exposure of your property and convenience for clients wishing to view.

Business Owner

Paul brings to the management of Ray White, a diversity of experience and success. Born in Zimbabwe, he was educated at one of the country’s leading private boy’s schools, Falcon College, before attending University in South Africa where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in economics and marketing.

In 1994 Paul emigrated to Australia as Franchise Director with the Ray White Group — working with many of its 500 offices and especially so in Qld and Victoria. In 1998, he purchased Ray White Aspley and within six years, transformed this into a 6-​office network that is now ranked as one of the top Ray White businesses in Queensland, and has won numerous awards.

Paul’s extensive real estate experience across Australia, as well as in South Africa where he personally concentrated on the upper end of the market, proves his credentials in handling some of Australia’s finest realty, such as we find in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
