A steak house with an African cover… Apart from that the food was amazing, juicy and perfectly cooked steaks…

Yiiirrhar! In the heart of beef eating country (Tamworth NSW) is this epicentre of all things MEAT — the Safari Club. This place came recommended via some locals so we decided to check it out… The theming is african safari– but don’t be fooled this is just another flavour of a regular steak house!
OK– there needs to be a disclaimer with every advert for this place– you need to be able to consume a whole cow in one sitting if you’re planning to have a meal here (My weak city-​slicking stomach couldn’t cope with the quantity). But what this place has in quantity it also has in quality! My rib eye was a perfect slab of meat– that I was only JUST able to finish. This place was also busy given it was a wednesday night!
Don’t expect a fine dining experience– but if you’re after a great piece of meat this is the BEST there is in Tamworth! Slap you’re laughing gear round that!
