History

Established in 1986.

The aim has always been to be the best at what we do.

In the early 90’s we were the first external cleaners to become Quality Assured and we continue to strive for excellence.

We are proud of our endless list of Government and Private Sector Clients who just keep coming back year after year because they insist on and continue to get, the best in the business.

There isn’t much that we don’t do from safe work at heights to confined spaces work to even providing our own Traffic Controllers when the need arises, yet we are very much the family business with all the hands-​on experience and quality control that that entails.

Bit of a mixed bag is young Kev, having served overseas with 6 RAR, followed up with an Economics Degree and post graduate studies in industrial law whilst holding down a position as an Industrial Advocate before joining the ranks of the self employed in something completely different… exterior cleaning/​roofing & painting.

Kevin was instrumental in forming the External Cleaning Industry Association (ECIA) during the drought in association with Sean White.

Negotiation with the Queensland Water Commission resulted in the formulation of an Industry Code of Practice and a Training/​Registration process for Contractors in the Industry.

The ECIA was regarded as the go-​to organization in the 2011 Brisbane Flood and Members are still held in high esteem due to the superior level of service they provide.
