History
Established in 1975.
Tony Williams founded Capricorn Stages and Rigging after thirteen years experience in London in the construction and entertainment industry. Tony arrived in Australia in 1973. Not long after arriving, he secured a contract with AV Jenning to supply scaffold and riggers for the VFL Park construction. In 1975, Tony commenced as the preferred Rigger at Festival Hall, Palais Theatre, Sidney Myer Music Bowl and supplier of Stages and Scaffold for Melbourne’s Moomba Festival. This began a solid relationship that continues today 40 years later.
