absolutely hopeless! ordered from furniture galore in store (thomastown suburb, Melbourne). Waiting time for delivery was 30 – 45 days. Called them up after 50 days and they did not even make the order!!! and we were told there was only one container coming to Melbourne and that it does NOT include our order so we will have to wait another 30 – 45 days!!! Same day we complained we got a speedy call pack from the PRESTON Suburb branch, saying all of a sudden a second container is coming to Melbourne and that they can delivery it this week (I was already sure they were planning on giving us floor stock). Long Story short they gave us FLOOR STOCK! So obvious its not brand new, slight marks and missing staples and loose wrinkled leather patches, no manual, warranty papers. PAYED FULL PRICE AND THEY GAVE US FLOOR STOCK PLUS AFTER ALL THIS RUBBISH, they gave us the wrong coffee table and another side table missing from our order! Still more problems too pursue this nightmare.
