Tea&Sympathy sources and selects premium quality leaf teas for wholesale and retail sale. We have a select range of white and green teas, oolong and black teas, herbal infusions, ice tea and tea ware.

At Tea&Sympathy the focus is on quality and creating an amazing tea experience, whether it be through rare and interesting teas from China and Taiwan, or upgrading your experience of much loved favourites like English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Chai.

Customers can purchase our products online, or order over the phone for collection from our High Street premises in Thornbury.

Tea&Sympathy also runs tea appreciation, and tea and food pairing sessions on the premises, and we are also available for group bookings at your home or work place.

History

Established in 2010.

Tea&Sympathy is a young independent tea label that grew from a passion for beautiful leaf teas.

Several years ago, the Founder, a long time avid tea drinker, underwent a period of ‘discovery’ of the world of tea, and was amazed at the quality and diversity of natural leaf teas that are available around the world. We recognised that Australian consumers were, and are demanding higher quality and greater variety in their teas.

Tea&Sympathy was formed as a way to respond to this demand and to contribute to the interest and appreciation among consumers of this natural product, and the artisan skills that go into creating it.
