Bike Nirvana at Victoria Point — what a great bunch of guys, helpful to the end. Fantastic range of bikes and gadgets for all of your cycling needs and if you are a novice like me, do not be intimidated, everybody their is very friendly and knowledgeable and will help guide you through your decision making process every step of the way. Even if you have a bike you haven’t ridden for years these guys will help you get your bike ready to make good on this years fitness resolutions.

These guys take customer service very seriously. Everyone I have come across in this store is super friendly and really knows their stuff. I am not the most experienced rider and although they cater for riders of all levels, they don’t talk to me like I’m a complete amateur.
The range is fantastic and for all sorts of varieties like Orbea, Merida Bikes and Sub Rosa. They also have a great range of service packages.
