Does the world need another bike shop? Probably not, but we do believe that customers deserve something better than what they get from many bike stores. Something other than being bombarded with excessive jargon and technical language. Something other than having to deal with staff with no product knowledge and no interest in how you want to ride. Something other than having to deal with people who don’t share your passion.

Chilli Cycles is born from the idea that buying a bike or accessories should be almost as much fun as riding the bike. The idea that even if we don’t have what you need in stock, we will find it for you and get it in ASAP. That customer service should not be something that used to happen in your grandad’s day. That we should know what we’re talking about and admit when we don’t. That knowledge should be shared, not hoarded. That instead of asking why, ask why not?
