Manna Healthy Way is a tiny food station in a bustling shopping centre. There are many other Asian food vendors in this place, but Manna stood out for me when I was trying to find a place for a healthy lunch. I remembered that a friend had been talking about this particular restaurant, which is also why I went here. Luckily I decided to order a couple of things that were so good that I can’t wait to return. Here, they serve an array of Asian dishes with a strong emphasis on Korean food since it is run by a Korean family. There are several vegetarian options as well as traditional Korean plates with meat. I chose to have the chili tofu, which was served with stir-fried shitake mushrooms, and a choice of noodles or rice on the side. It was really flavorsome and fresh. The tofu was neither too mushy nor too dense. There were also fried sardines, too. And all this was only $ 6! Very affordable and filling, too. Other things that looked good were the honey chicken, Korean style beef, and eggplant.
