Got served raw sausages for my $ 18 big breakfast, on the upside the manager replaced them and gave me a refund. However by this time I had lost my appetite. This place needs a refresh on their hot breakfast menu with so many more options creeping up. The bakery is good, although I don’t eat bread.

While I have not ever eaten in Lawleys, I have brought bread and cakes many times. I was recently impressed to find out that they open at 6am each day, making the collection or morning tea on the way to work very easy as I start at 7am, so this is not normally possible with most places. The muffins were super soft and lots of flavors to pick from and the mini danishes are a great alternative to the full size danishes which are very filling. The fresh bread from here is great also!

Lawley’s Bakery have spawned 7 spin offs from the original. They are one of the few that have managed not to lose quality every time they opened a new store. I recently turned up to an event with a box of muffins from Lawleys Café in Wembley. As soon as people saw the packaging they got excited about what was inside. It is known in Wembley as yummy bread and baked goods. There gluten free bread is one of the best I have every tried.

Having grown up eating Pains au chocolat (or chocolate croissants) at least once a week, I tend to have withdrawal symptoms when I come back to Perth because it’s so difficult to find some worth eating without going to a specialised bakery.
This changed when I decided to try Lawley’s for the first time, unfortunately I judged before I saw (I had the preconceived idea that every franchise dips in quality once it’s established) but when I tasted; I was thrilled and shocked as it comes very close to being great and better; affordable.
I have become a definite regular not only for my beloved pains au chocolat but also for their big breakfasts, freshly baked bread and other treats.

Everybody loves a good bakery and everyone loves a well established bakery that makes a mixture of traditional cakes and breads as well as modern artisan products. The product list of their cakes and pastries is mesmerising and mouth watering, everything from caramel slice to choux nougat and apple pie. Need I say, coffee and cake anyone? They also do a good gluten-​free bread which is VERY hard to come by.
