Great team of instructors! I started from the basics and worked my way up! This studio is just wonderful ! It’s personal and everyone becomes like family I couldn’t speak more highly of every experience I have had here. So welcoming for new comers (like I once was). I recommend your first time go to the beginner classes so you can learn how to breath correctly and the right way to place your back ect. Don’t jump straight into the more advanced classes or you will get a shock. However if you work from the start it is insane how quickly your core and flexibly change for the better. Such a great studio for locals and those who need a flexible time table.

I pop along to Perfect Pilates twice a week to get my boost of exercise. They are super lovely and supportive along your fitness journey. With a number of different instructors and various times, there is sure to be something to fit your needs. I particularly like Chole’s class on a Thursday evening, laugh through the (good) pain!
Perfect Pilates provide all the equipment you will need for a class (mat, weights, fitness circle etc), plus water is available all the time. Classes are not expensive, but there are also 10 class passes or memberships available too.
