Established in 2012.
We started our business as an online meal delivery service. As a young, working family, we were looking to get healthy gluten and dairy-free food in our local area to eat at home.
As a chef and a nutritionist we had a lightbulb moment that surely others were out there wanting to eat healthy whole food yet convenient, and preservative/sugar-free meals at home too, so we thought why not make this into a business that we would love. So we quit our days jobs and now we have a café in Windsor that doubles as a pick up point for online orders.

Ben L.
Business Owner
Ben has been a chef for 15 years. First earning his stripes at Brisbane’s famous Restaurant Two and later in his career moving into catering and cooking schools. It is his passion for healthy whole foods and evidence based nutrition that prompted him to start Wholesomeness, a healthy home delivery service providing ready made meals for the time poor and the culinarily challenged.
