Established in 2015.
I have been collecting wines for more than 30 years and have many friends within the wine industry.
It has always been a point of contention that patrons seemingly get what they are given in relation to wine, when entering a wine bar, (what are they flogging off now) — here at Adlingtons with more than 80 wines available — some 40 by the glass, you can choose the wine you like or get advice on the style of wines on offer.

I have lived locally all my life, so I think I understand the Wollongong culture. Wine and interacting with people are 2 of my favourite things to do.
Previously my work was within the locally coal industry and then in the Occupational Hygiene forum — a long cry from wine, maybe. However, the mines allowed me to travel extensively, which broadened my views on what makes a fair experience, a great experience when dinning.
Good food, relaxing environment, matching wines and good friends are the trick. Wine and good food are twice as good when shared.
Come on in a try a wine appreciation session, matching wines to food (this will help you ate your next dinner party)
