I had dinner here last night & everything (food — calamari, tomatoes & cheese, 250g eye fillet, shiraz, green beans & cut chips), service — a friendly tuscano, ambience) was in order. I had a great time & will be back.

Terrific restaurant, in good company on the wharf at Wooloomooloo. Seafood dominates the menu but there’s a steak menu as well. The main course cod was particularly good. Lovely setting outside on the wharf.

Great location for a date or group dinner. The outside heaters are extremely helpful when it gets chilly.
Have to say that the food is very good, from starter to dessert. Had the fried calamaris and then the king prawns which were of very big size and came by 8 or 9 pieces in the plate. I didn’t even need to order a side.
Service was also very nice. Definitely a nice area and good restaurant to go to.

Seriously good 250g beef. So tender it was one of the best I’ve had. I love that they source it locally as well, makes a huge difference to me to know that my meat is coming relatively locally (NSW) rather than the next state and certainly not OS. A little disappointed by the dessert as it was quite a plain cheesecake but should have gone for my old fave, chocolate rather than trying something new. Staff were good, especially when we asked why one of our parties desserts were delayed for so long they explained that the dark chocolate fondant can sometimes explode which is what happened with hers. Much better than just leaving the customer waiting. In this area they have a bunch of restaurants available, so wait staff make all the difference.

Why charge an 8% extra fee for a group of 11?
Great food, great ambiance, but why the extra 8%?
My American visitors loved, particularly the great service.
